Impress - The Fortress

Impress - The Fortress
Crossover Thrash Metal From Russia

What could surely derive from listening to this album is undoubtedly an appreciation for the speed and forcefulness of its rhythms, usually guitar solos are almost absent but great importance is given to rhythm changes and it can be noticed that obviously they make detailed in specific parts of the songs where they have to be done to better denote the changes and the riffs, as it happens with "warrior" where you can also notice a change of rhythms and riffs in different rhythm speeds that are altered according to the emotion aggressive singing, as well as the choirs that are very characteristic of Thrash Metal crossover, the track "you'll die like a thief" has an interesting unconventional start since it starts with an accelerated rhythm that is accompanied by a good bass electric and then the recited song begins so that it can be coupled at the beginning of a blunt speech, then some changes of compass that without a doubt they make the song more interesting. The Groove Metal influence is quite noticeable in the songs "valley of inmortals" and "Brest's fortress". the song "How can I live with whis?" It also has an interesting start with the accelerated speed of percussion that is gradually accompanied by the voice and later there are several changes of rhythm, finally the album ends with the song "The shards" that has an emphasis more Nü Metal considering the way of singing similar to Rap and Groove rhythm. In general terms the album is an invitation to hear sounds of war and forcefulness.
