Frozen Darkness is a black metal band from Popayan, Colombia, founded in 2007 this misanthropic group make apology to thematics as anti-cosmic Satanism, ancestral tales and chthonic creatures. Arpeggios with arrangements of autochthonous and ancestral music with choruses and songs from pagan cultures, in other songs the rhythmic guitar and lead guitar make an excellent combination of riffs like dyatonic dyads and fast power chords, sometimes the voices resemble to those of the North American and European death Black Metal, there is a strong influence of the black metal of the first wave in the vein of bands like bathory and hellhammer. Also it is interesting the accompaniment of the songs with the ritualistic choirs, the good changes of tempo, the minor scales of the main guitar and the setting of rain in some songs.
