JACK & THE LEMONS - Dirty old man blues

JACK & THE LEMONS - Dirty old man blues
Blues Hard Rock / Rock And Roll From Germany

Authentic sound of rock and roll with very strong bases in the old school Blues, inclusion of different instruments such as Piano, Guitars, percussion and an incomparable voice very given to the southern sound of North America, the melodies are established as emotional and inspired by the energy and the rebelliousness, Curiously, the song "Black eyed ryder" manages a heavier Heavy Metal base, probably because of the gallop that imitates the cultural and musical context of the cowboys when they referred to the riders of heaven, the song "somewhere between heaven and hell "is also shown as Heavy Metal and Hard Rock moving away a little from the blues," the Snale "is more like a ballad rock," Right to Play "belongs to those rare mergers between Hard Rock and Rock and roll very common in North American rock culture. In the end the last two songs, the one that bears the same title of the album and "banana jack" are an example of the interesting mix of heavy / Hard Rock and Rock and roll of the old guard. Download from .jamendo.com

RODRIGO SOUZA - Down the River

1.      RODRIGO SOUZA - Down the River
Blues Rock from Brazil

A achievement of rhythms are perceived here, including sounds that belong to the line of classic hard rock and Blues Rock, what can be noticed with obvious appreciation is the defined use of instruments that reflect excellent performance with drums, electric guitar and electric bass. The influences most likely come from 70s and 80s hard rock bands. The second part of the songs contained in this album are instrumental and it is here without a doubt that guitar solos can be perceived in detail. The rhythm is very consistent and maintains a unique fluidity. Also Download from jamendo

Avi Rosenfeld – Forever

1.       Avi Rosenfeld – Forever
Hard Rock / Blues Rock / Folk Rock From Israel

Avi Rosenfeld again surprises with this pleasant work that mixes different musical genres associated with rock and folk with a great variety of instruments such as the organ, the Hammond, piano, Flute, congas, Wurlitzer keyboard, electric bass, electric guitar and of course A drum percussion. Consecutively we also see a considerable number of artists that are exchanged as the songs change, including good instrumentalists and vocalists, as usual in Avi. Something true is that many similarities are found with the first Deep Purple albums, this because the band is an important influence on the music contained in this álbum.

Osorios – 69 variaciones

1.       Osorios – 69 variaciones
Blues Rock / Hard Rock From Spain

musical project created by the Osorio brothers, this time comes this instrumental album that was recorded and self produced by David Osorio. You can listen to sexy and delicious guitar solos that accompany the melodies throughout their journey with impeccable performance. The most notable songs within the universe of Hard rock and rolly Blues are: "out69roll", "R69Blues" "Old69blues" and "rock69emotions". The 69 variations surely refer to all those combinations of major and minor concatenated in the traditional 12-bar structure within the blues. The scales are traditional within rock and roll, hard rock and Blues rock, but they undoubtedly show spectacular technique. Download From jamendo

AL RYDEN - Переменчивое Постоянство

1.       AL RYDEN - Переменчивое Постоянство
Blues Rock / Hard Rock From Russia

Once again we present another album of the AL RYDEN group, this is released in 2005 where we can detail some good melodic nuances in the middle of an environment that leans towards the Bloes Rock and the classic Rock of the 80s. from track # 5 “Проходит Стороной Мир Красочный, Большой” a great influence of hard rock inclined towards heavy metal can be noticed. This work, despite being little known, handles good standards in rock music. Download From jamendo

AL RYDEN - Цикличность Пустоты (2005)

1.       AL RYDEN - Цикличность Пустоты (2005)
Blues Rock From Russia

In this album you can learn about the direct basic percussion structures within the versatility offered by rock, usually in moderate tempos, through rhythms of Blues, jazz (track 8), Funk (track6), Classic Rock and Alternative Rock. The electric guitars have some interesting riffs that remind you of the rock movement of the 60s, 70s and 80s, also in relation to the handling of synthesizers as you can perceive on track 2. The singing is quite emotional and not very technical, contrary to what would be expected with the good instrumental base, however it is consistent with the musical rhythm, an example of this is on track 2 and 4. The guitar solos are impeccable and handle different techniques for sliding and pushing the strings that gives them an essential effect without using digital devices, this can be evidenced in track 3 onwards. Undoubtedly, the most stimulating song to reference it with the spirit of rock is track 7, since it implies a rebel, powerful riff, the song is torn and a little less emotional, also the percussion is deeply rooted with the stoner rock, without counting with the powerful guitar solos and the excellent tempo change accelerated in the 2:45 minute. Track 10 is more mystical and appeased at the beginning by the guitar base it has which, together with the present percussion, achieves a good elaboration. Finally, track 12 offers a new instrument for standing percussion that makes it sound more of a Latin atmosphere. In general it is a good album, not very aggressive or rebellious, but on a good musical basis. Download From jamendo

TRANSIDO - A DÓNDE IRÁN

1.       TRANSIDO - A DÓNDE IRÁN
Rock  / Blues Rock From Spain

The name of the band is inspired by the feeling of anguish and affectation by a physical pain, however this grouping gives it a more transcendental meaning through poetry and music. This album manages very well the instrumentation that composes the classic rock basically with versatile rhythms that demonstrate a good synchrony and exceptional “feeling” of the consolidated sounds, you can repeatedly hear good and fresh solo guitars in the traditional style of hard rock, also the Inclusion of synthesizer sounds can be evidenced in songs like " Ni Colgado de ti " and the most faithful representation of the Blues with the use of harmonics as in the song " Quien les hace el trabajo sucio ". OBIKYAMA - Something Big

1.       OBIKYAMA - Something Big
Blues Rock/ Country Rock/Southern Rock From Germany

 band info

Here you can find classic sounds like Rock and roll, rithm and blues, Blues Rock and Country, especially on the tracks “Continue” and “Pumping with Steven”, where you feel the musical structure of rock and roll with an air of Traditional blues also accompanied by excellent electric guitar solos. The chant attracts a lot of attention so it does not fit the traditional forms, it is almost in the style of an apparently improvised speech, even so it sounds good, otherwise the presence of hamond passages and typical country instruments can be mentioned. Country Rock/ Blues Rock From U.S.

Meadow Sinners - Eleven Ravens

Meadow Sinners  - Eleven Ravens
Hard Rock/ Blues Rock / Stoner Rock From Spain

This group from the city of Madrid shows a strong influence of the rock of the late 60s and early 70s, especially that rock that was rooted with the Blues and Old School Rock and Roll, despite this band He also has some influences from styles such as Soul and Funk. There is a predominance of the harmonica in almost the entire album which undoubtedly marks this band as remarkable among many who are inclined to make classic Rock, The female voice is perfectly coupled in what strictly refers to the rude and fresh attitude that represents originally to Rock, in this way the music contained in this album recalls classics of Rock led by women as "barracuda (Hearth)", "Call Me (Blondie)", "Hearthbreaker (Pat Benatar)", "Cherry Bomb (The Runaways ) "And" Move Over (Janis Joplin) ". The songs are under the creative commons license and can be accessed for download from Jamendo
