Freefall created at the summer of 1998. The type of music that the band played at the present time was a mix of alternative with metal influences.
After many line-up changes the first demo cd was ready, it was called "Falling in a black hole" and was released during the year 2000. it was a mixture of metal music with progressive and alternative elements. This was the end of the first era of the band.
The second era starts at the city of Thessaloniki with the finding of new members and the changing of the music direction. The band style took form in a amalgam of deathcore and nu-metal. For more than two years the band kept a steady line up, participated in many festivals , made numerous live gigs and at the same time they were working on their upcoming demo-cd and at the end of 2005 "Mankind failure" was ready and produced my Daniel Steif.
After some more line up changes (which led to the current in up status : Mimis - Vocals, Nikos - Guitars, Soc - Bass, Foivos - Drums), gigs and support appearances (Stampin Ground, Dew Scented) the band released the cd "Demons watching demons.

Black Mantra are a brazilian Stoner/Doom band. The band was officially formed in 2013. Black Mantra has roots in psychedelic bands of the 60s & 70's.stoner/doom, but we have some gothic influences of Type O Negative too.

Typical stoner-doom bands build their songs around enormous, filthy riffs and leave the other instruments to unobtrusively fill up the remaining space. It's pure guitar music through and through—the unabashed worship of the distorted riffs to which all other instrumentation, including the vocals, must submit. Brazil's Black Mantra, by contrast, presents a fascinating inversion of stoner/doom minimalism, with the band's guitars merely undergirding a cacophony of organs and electric keyboards. Not that Black Mantra can't do a big, tasty riff—"Stillborn" and "The Left-Handed" certainly prove that they can—but the spooky doom act focuses instead on gothic atmospheres, a kitschy B-movie aesthetic, and the slow, creepy melodies that some metal fans call "processional." Imagine if the hippie cultists of Menace Ruine exhumed and reanimated Peter Steele as their new frontman and you'll get an idea of what Black Mantra are doing here—deep, vampiric vocals and all.

 Doomcult is a band situated in the south of the Netherlands. Being part of the local band scene, the people behind doomcult have been active in all kinds of bands since 1998, playing all kinds of musical styles. Unfortunately, doomish and slow-paced music was never one of these styles. Now, with the birth of doomcult this has changed. The present recording, end all life, is a gathering of songs which together make a concept album about, well, the end of life. Parts of the songs date many years back, other parts and all arrangements date to 2015. The music of doomcult was to some extent inspired by the Peaceville three (Paradise Lost, Anathema and My Dying Bride), but also by many non-doom bands, like Urfaust. Lyrically, doomcult tries to stay away from the common themes of desperation and despair, building on a story about collusion, which offers the opportunity to add some more aggressive and misanthropic themes. With respect to the vocals, doomcult doesn’t use grunts, nor traditional clean vocals. In stead, doomcult uses harsh screaming and some growls. By doing so, doomcult intended to add some new thoughts to the genre. In total seven songs were recorded to make up the afore mentioned concept album. They are available on youtube. Underground music for underground people.
